长和澄清 未就分拆电讯业务作决定
针对集团是否拆分电讯业务单独上市的消息，长和星期一（3月31日）公告称，未就分拆电讯业务作出决定。
路透社此前报道，长和正筹备把环球电讯资产分拆到伦敦上市，将是继长江基建后，长和旗下第二家公司在英国上市。
长和公告称，不时接获建议并探索及评估可供考虑的机会，以提升股东长远价值，包括与集团全球电讯业务资产及运营相关的可能交易，包括分拆上市。董事会未有就公司全球电讯业务有关之任何交易作出决定，目前并不确定是否将会进行任何交易。
